Tickets are sent by post up to 5 days before the performance. If you do not receive your tickets in time, please go the the box office on the evening of the performance and present your booking confirmation e-mail.

Box offices at the venues open one hour before the start of each performance. Pre-booked tickets are available from the box office at the latest 20 minutes before the start of the performance.

Performances start on time.

Tickets cannot be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed even in the event of loss or theft.

Latecomers may not be admitted to the theatre after the start of the performance or may be allowed in under certain conditions.
